Sender’s message failed to send

    I have some issues with sender message about attached file receiving.
    They attached file and I received it but at the same time they (senders) receive message “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    And they sent me their file again and again. So I have many duplicated copies from them.
    How to fix it?

    Dear Takayuki,
    Thank you for your response.
    I used plugin “Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on” but now I deactivated it and my issue disappeared (maybe temporary)
