    Hello,

I have a website hosted on the Growbig plan of SiteGround.

I installed SG Optimizer, and i have activated and generated the WEBP images.

But when i’m loading my page, i check the images loaded, and i can always see the old images being loaded in jpg and png instead of webp.

    Here is my current setting:

Please, disable CloudFlare and they will work just fine. Or follow these instructions: https://medium.com/@SchneiderDaniel/alert-cloudflare-may-break-your-siteground-website-without-you-noticing-44d089ab579d

Please, clear your browser cache and CloudFlare cache. Everything loads fine on my end.

If you require fast assistance, please open a ticket in the SitGround Help Desk center. Usually, you will get a reply in few minutes. Here we answer as fast as we can. You had a well known issue that was mentioned a numbef of times in the forum. There is no problem with the WebP integration if CloudFlare is disabled. You should, however, delete all your caches.

Opening a ticket in the SitGround Help Desk get a reply in few minute, However those replies are usually NOT helpful. They just recommend professional helps and send a link for promoting their service. Most of technicians are not helpful.
