    Hi,

I’m trying to launch my podcast asap and I’m having a lot of issues with WooCommerce and the player.

Is it possible to use a different e-commerce plugin? I’m finding with the free install of WooCommerce that the user flow from the AudioIgniter player to purchase is terrible.

    – You can’t select multiple tracks at once to purchase and have to go back and forth from the check out page.
    – There’s no user email link with the song downloads.
    – After purchase on the site, it doesn’t always immediately send you to the downloads and if you don’t create a login, there’s no way to click to your download.

I read that Easy Digital Downloads is a great service for digital sales.

    Thank you,

    Jess

    Hi there,
I am sorry for your bad experience but, most of your issues are the default behaviour or Woocommerce! Using a specific plugin like EDD will help out.
AudioIgniter Free is only a Audio player with some enchantments and not a full blown ecommerce solution that handles digital downloads like you probably need.
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and check “Enable AJAX add to cart…” and uncheck redirect to cart after a successful addition. Let me know if you need additional help with this.
