Don’t buy – No Premium Support – no reply -No refund

  • I bought the premium plugin paying 49 Euros. I requested for premium support regarding adding % to the tax columns and to replace some words on the format. The sample provided in premium plugin page shows tax % but on my system it is not showing.

    The support email is automatically acknowledged for receipt but no reply after that.
    I am not sure if the authors are providing any support or not.

    Authors talk about 1 year support but from the beginning it seems they are not providing any support. Without support this plugin is of no use. do not pay and buy this plugin. Authors do not support this software. I simply can’t reach them.

    I requested refund but still no reply.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. We really strive to reply as soon as possible, but we saw a really big spike in support questions lately.
