    Hi,

Ik have build a webshop with woocommerce and the Brizy builder. On the checkout page I’m not able to click or fill in a country, which is necessary to complete an order.

When I set: ‘only ship to one country’ the name is visible and you can place an order, but you can’t change it. It doesn’t matter which country I set. I have tried several codes, and different options but I can’t get it working. (ex. send to all countries except ‘all countries except NL, BE, DE’) I have just set it to the Netherlands, so the thing works for now but I would love to be able to ship to belgium and germany.

On other pages the dropdown function works (for example to choose a color).

  • Hey @hikkupshop !

Often times this is caused by the countries you have chosen to sell to. Can you please go to WooCommerce ? Settings ? General and make sure that you have designated what countries you want to sell to and then save the changes. You can test this by setting to “Sell to all countries” to see the Country field become accessible again. Like this:

    Hi Tony,

Yes I have tried several things in that field, but nothing shows. I have tried to sell to Belgium Germany and Netherlands and ship to same countries as selling, but nothing happens.

Then I tried to turn it around and sell to all countries with excluding all countries except BE, De & NL. Only if I only sell to for example to the Netherlands, I see Netherlands in black letters as standard selling adres. Same for only selling to belgium or germany.

In the inspector tool I see the field has different classes with ‘hidden’ in it, but when I put ‘display: visible’ nothing happens.

    Hi @hikkupshop

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @hikkupshop

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
