Wierd comments, is there something wrong with my blog?

  • Im getting these strange comments about once a day. They look like this:

    The person commenting comes up as this:

    hqmaxxkvw
    ivqdddimtjeh.com/
    [email protected]

    Is there something wrong with my comments that it makes everyone look like this? Or is this some sort of bot?

  • It’s spam. Welcome to the internet. ??

    I’m not 100% sure of the purpose though. I can only think that spambot comes along, tries to post a load of random crap. Spambot swings by later to check if random crap has been approved – if so, let the avalanche begin. Or, perhaps actually register the domain that’s linked to if enough spam gets approved maybe.

    Yeah, its bizzare. I guet russian bots also. Really a pain in the…

    What happens if someday these bots come out of the internet and into the real world? What happens then man?

    They will start asking stupid questions!.

    So those are spam comments. Damn, there so annoying! I keep getting one or three like every hour!
