    Notes section is not displayed when opening a card

    Sorry I can not see the screenshot because the site is flagged as a malware site… but I think I understand now.

    Assuming you are use the Default Entry Card template:

    1. Please navigate to the Connections Templates admin page.
    2. Click the Customize button for the Default Card template.
    3. The page will reload showing the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.
    4. In the Customizer enable the display of the Notes field.
    5. In the preview, click an Entry Name, any entry name it does not matter which.
    6. The preview will update, displaying the detail/profile view.
    7. In the Customizer enable the display of the Notes field again.
    8. Publish the changes.
    9. Exit the Customizer.

    I hope this helps!

    ps. The Directory Homepage must be set and that page must have the [connections] shortcode on it otherwise the Customizer will not function correctly.
