• I have tried everything to include deleting my subscribers list to get my emails to send. I keep getting an error saying that there’s a technical issue with my sending service.

    I am using Mailpoet 3 (just updated today) in Safari

    Sorry to hear about the problems you’re having with sending emails. The message you’re seeing happens when your subscription is still pending approval. We process manual approvals for all new subscriptions, and our team works hard to reply back as soon as possible (within 12h).

    Kindly reply to the email we sent to you on May 11th so we can process your subscription request.
