Form for sending to a hidden e-mail adress?

Hi!

Is there any way to make a link in a hidden post, so when the user clicks it, it opens a form (like the usual comments bascially), which then sends an e-mail to an adress which is different in a post-per-post basis. So if I for example have 10 posts, I want all forms, when filled out, to send an e-mail to a different adress depending on the post.

Is there any easy way to do this? Any plugins or something like that?
