Reviews not linked

    The API key and google place ID seem to link to an account that has received no reviews. I have 3 reviews on my GMB page (https://business.google.com/reviews/l/14411147461617161247?hl=en) but these don’t show on the settings ‘setup’ page. I have not tried to use shortcodes yet, as assumed that if not showing on the settings page it must not be linked yet.
    Could you please confirm if I may have done something wrong in the setup?

    @popstarperformers Thanks for sending this to me.

    When there are just a few reviews, the Google Places API may not return any results.

    You can view the “Retrieved Data” tab for the current information returned by the API. If the reviews are empty here, then the plugin will not have any data to use for its review listing.

    Please can you send your Place ID and links that are publicly visible (for each of these, I need to login)?

    @popstarperformers I cannot find your place in the Google Place ID Finder.

    The link you’ve listed here is only visible to you – in Google My Business.

    Note that all places must have a specific location set and not a coverage area. I cannot see any particular address for your place in Google Places. This is documented in the FAQ and the plugin itself.

    @popstarperformers I recommend editing your Google My Business profile to use a specific location if this is possible. Once done, Google may start sending data for your place using the Place API.

    Thanks so much. You were right, I hadn’t linked my business to the Place ID correctly. It is now showing up in the settings and the reviews and shortcodes are there ??
