Label could not be created, postal code format invalid

  • Hey,

    When I try make a new label for a new order, I get the following error message:

    (ENGLISH)
    Label could not be created.

    The API sent the following [postal_code_validation_error]: The postal code format is invalid, it should obey the regular expression: \ d {4}? [A-Z] {2}. Some examples: 1234 AB, 2490 AA

    (DUTCH)
    Label kon niet aangemaakt worden.

    The API heeft het volgende gestuurd [postal_code_validation_error]: The postal code format is invalid, it should obey the regular expression: \d{4} ?[A-Z]{2}. Some examples: 1234 AB,2490 AA

    Does anyone have a solution? Thankyou in advance!

    Hi Wijnand,

    Thanks for using the DHL for WooCommerce plugin.
    The address you’re trying to send from/to are probably Dutch addresses and either the receiver or the shipping address has an invalid postalcode.
    Can you check the order if that’s the problem?
