Repairing DB deletes my

Hi, i have a strange problem

My database is 528,6 MiB, the plugin backups, restores and optimize the DB without any problem, but if I try to do a Repair it deletes the contents of my wp_postmeta (database becames 314,4 MiB), causing problems with the images of the website forcing me to restore the DB.

My wordpress is UpToDate, I have been using the plugin for years (thanks ?? )
