Finally down to the last element of our new home page, featuring your excellent Embed Plus. We’re using OceanWP for theme and the home page is built with Elementor. Playing videos on desktop, on page or fullscreen works just fine, very well.
    On mobile, fullscreen:

    Xiaomi Mi Max 3 / Android 9PKQ1.181007.001 / doesn’t work (2x same phone tested)
Chrome 81.0.4044.138 website jumps up a full screen
Downgraded to Chrome 77… same result, also fails

Sony Xperia XA Ultra (F3125) / Android 7.0 / works
    HTC M8x / Android 6 / works

Any testing I can do to help, just let me know please. Am trying to finish this website this week!

    Cheers, Rick

    Hi,

Sorry, but we don’t exactly follow the issue. We’ve tested your site on a couple Android phones (Samsung and Pixel) and it works fine. Please elaborate.

Actually I was thinking about it, it may not be Android 9’s fault, as the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has a screen size of 1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio with a unique feature where for YouTube, you can expand the player to fill frame(remove left and right borders). It does a weird jump up and some parts become unresponsive while other parts work. I’ve uploaded a video to Drive so you can see the issue:

If there’s anything else I can do for testing please let me know.

Do you have the responsive sizing feature of the plugin checked by the way?

Also we did some further looking. We noticed none of your other videos on other pages exhibit this issue. So, this appears to be related to your theme (specifically, an issue with your home page template), rather than the plugin. However, to confirm, we want to do an apples-to-apples test. Can you create a test page, and inside it, embed a gallery identical to the one on your homepage? Then, let us know if that new page has the same issue that your homepage has. If this new page works fine, using the same exact gallery, then the issue lies specifically with something local to your homepage.
