    Hi guys,

    Thanks for this as well as cartflows plugins, they’re great.

    Our site uses cartflows checkout page, not the standard woocommerce checkout page. Problem is the cart recovery email that is sent contains a link to the standard woocommerce checkout page instead of our customised cartflow checkout page. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hello @pallookaj,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It should not happen. The recovery link should redirect to the same checkout page where the user left.

    Are there any plugins installed that might be causing this?

    Here is what you can do to check:

    – Deactivate all plugins temporarily ( except Woocommerce, Cart Abandonment Recovery & SMTP ) and see if that solves the error.

    – Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

    If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website.
