CTransaction picture/screenshot upload option.

It would be great if customer is given option to upload transaction screenshot or picture. It’s necessary because every customer don’t understand where is 12 digit UPI transaction Id, What’s my UPI id. Also there’s lack of mandatory field name standard imposed by NPCI, each and every third party UPI app can call it anything. The biggest confusion is in phonepe, where UPI transaction id is UTR field in small text.

Many UPI transaction rely on sharing screenshot, share pictures via messaging apps to verify the transaction. It would be great if we give customer option to upload a transaction screenshot/picture. That way it’s easy for customer passing technical details to store owners.
