Redirct ends in white page

    Hello

    After no response on your website-support i’ll try it this way:

    I recently upgraded to the Pro Version of Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on. But right now the redirct to PayPal doesnt work anymore.
    The filling of the form works fine. But after submitting the redirct starts – and ends on a whitescreen (https://www.wscad.com/?cf7pp_redirect=105175)

    I already tried “Method 1” and “Method 2” i entered a paypal account (bei mailadress) and aready set to “Live account” not sandbox. And i made the impementation like in you video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aS9bxBDgpqY

    Any clue what the problem could be?

    Hi Velli,

    Hmm, that’s should work. Are you on Cloudways by any chance? I’ve seen PHP sessions issues using them.

    No – website is on AWS.
    What kind of issues do you mean? i tested it:
    “ASP, ASP.NET and PHP script errors – No issues found.”

    The Plugin is still not working for me …
    The redirect to Paypal still ends in a “white page” …

    Any clue what the problem can be?
    Private or business PP Account?

    If you are using any other Contact form 7 add-ons, please try to disable them and test again.

    Also, make sure that you are using Contact form 7 version 5.2 and version 1.6.4 of this plugin.
