Links Are not working

    HELP I have come on this morning to keep working on my site but have found that i cannot get into the admin panel by clicking on the links in the footer and the forms i have wont let me even click in them??
    Please Help does anybody know what i have done???

    Would you believe it was all because i changes the z-index for iE purposes and that had stuffed it all up.. thanks anyway but it is working now.
