Import wrecks FileBird plugin configuration

    Hi there,

    I am trying to figure out what causes the loss of FileBird (media library folders plugin) configuration when exporting+importing a WP instance from one server to another.

    When exporting a site from “pre” environment to “pro”, the folders created with FileBird are not shown as spected (red rectangle https://imgur.com/a/UAB7PfH ) although files and database are moved correctly. Site URL and Home is updated to new environment and all other plugins seem to work ok.

    May I be missing something? Many thanks in advance

    I will have the team check the plugin and get back to you.
    Maybe it is storing its data as base64 and we need to add support for it.

    We could not find any issues with FileBird during migration.
    All files, folders, and settings were transferred.
