Unable to Continue Course

I create a course based on sample course.

Then I create a user to enrolled to a paid course and use a coupon so that user don’t have to pay.

After that, that user get access to the course directly. But that user didn’t finished the course. The user then logout.

After that, the user get login again to continue the course. But unable to continue.
The course said “You must enroll in this course to access course content.”

OK. So the user Enroll it again. But after that there’s a message “You already have access to this Course! Visit your dashboard here.”

How to fix this issue?
