Do you have any screenshot of it? I see you use the old version on the link above.

Try updating to 1.1.8. Just submitted it.

Also, clear cache and force-refresh the page with CTRL+F5.

Update to 1.1.9 for the latest fixes.

I have been fiddling with this, off and on, since yesterday afternoon. That latest update 1.1.9 will not cooperate. The header on my page gets screwed-up and that passes along to the Child Theme in weird aberrations. I am just going to pass on this update… … The old 1.1.5 works fine for me.

Hi Reggie, sorry to hear you have issues.

What happens when the header gets screwed up? Have you updated the header.php of your child theme with the latest code?

Marking this as unresolved again, @reggie_dentmore it would be great if you could explain what goes wrong in the header. I want to fix all potential issues.

Sorry to leave you hanging… HERE is an image of the screw-up. … compare to the actual current Home Page.

Looks like the same issue as some others had. They fixed it with:

    1) Make sure header.php is up to date with the most recent code in your child theme
    2) Clear cache
    3) Force-refresh the page with CTRL+F5

It looks like the new style.css isn’t loading for you there on the screenshot.

Grab 1.2.0 for the latest fixes.

Is 1.2.0 going to “work”? or will I have to screw around with it. My pages get almost 2700 visits a day, I have six active authors, at the moment, and lots of comments coming in… new posts every couple of days… I cannot afford the loss if I do a recovery backup to yesterday… I DID that yesterday and got a lot of grief! Right Now, with 1.1.5, everyone is happy. My plan is to keep it , as is, and not update.

    Hi Alexander,
I have the same problem. And with 1.2.0 that still persists. Thank you for reparing. I have 3 pages made with your really nice theme, but now I cannot upgrade any of them. Thank you. The last ok version is 1.1.5.

Here you can see the testing page. In web version is the second (for smalleer screens) menu line moved to the right. (before it was left – better) nusapenida.cz And mobile version is the same problem that is in comment before. EDIT: mobile version is now ok

    Glad to hear Filip!

As for you Reggie, I understand your situation. Do you have any other WordPress installed somewhere else where you can test the updated theme and see if it works fine there?

Honestly I believe I am happy with my 1.1.5 … leaving well-enough alone. What am I missing if I stay with good ol’ 1.1.5?

The header and mobile menus have been completely rebuilt from the ground up to work with accessibility (a11y). If you use TAB on the keyboard you can see that you can navigate the menu and header with your keyboard.

The mobile menus dropdowns are now collapsed in expandable-menus that you can open and close with a click. The toggle icon is also animated and the whole menu is better polished.

The desktop navigation can either be hovered over to expand a dropdown, or you can click on the arrows and the menu will stay open. Two-in-one.

Try the mobile menu and desktop menu here: https://demo.alx.media/x/?theme=Gridzone – click on the mobile icon in the topbar.
