    Hi, using the pro-plugin, loving it.

    I’ve encountered some strange behaviour.

    We sell several serials to participate in an online event on different dates. The are predetermined by another application. So we use the bulk-upload function.

    I’ve kept the #ID row in the CSV clear for the last upload, I noticed there will be a #ID assigned to each serial.

    When a customer buys a serial, and the woocommerce order# happens to be the same as serial, all bought serials will be activated, and marked as sold with an order# and orderdate etc. as expected. But also the serial with the same #ID as the woocommerce order# will get activated. This serial doesn’t get an customer assigned to it, but is removed from the pool of available serials for the event. Which is undesired behaviour.

    What is my best course of action to fix the current situation, and to prevent this from happening.

    To fix this situation;
    Would it be wise to export the current serials to CSV. Delete te current list serials. (Both sold and unsold). Change the serials ID, for instance by adding 10.000 to the serials? And re-import them to the plugin?

    To prevent the situation;
    Can I freely choose serial ID’s? Can serial ID’s be reused? For context, we’re uploading around 800 serials a week, for about 2 events a week. Selling about 75% of them, and once in a while, old events get removed.

    Kind Regards,
    Johan
