    Sorry for the late reply.

    Once the Pinterest tag is installed using our dedicated add-on, you can configure events from our Events tab. You don’t need to manually add the code.

    However, since you want to fire an event on a click, you will need the paid version. This is a pro trigger.

    If the user lands on another page after the click you can use the free version too. Events triggered on speciffic URLs are fully supported.
