    Hello @deproducersc01 ,

Can you give me more information about the membership level? Which Membership plugin are you using?
Can you also share a screenshot of the visibility rules for that popup?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

I’m using the Buddyboss Theme in which you can create profile types.
I created a couple of profile types in which the free version is called “Abonnee”.

In Hustle I created a popup which should only appear when a free user is logged-in (its an Ad to upgrade their account).

    Hello @deproducersc01

    I trust you’re doing well!

I apologize for the late reply. I’m afraid the Buddyboss Theme is a premium 3rd party theme and we do not have access to it to test it.

I assume these profiles are custom post types, is this right? In this case, can you please view the page of teh profile that you have assigned and see if an opt-in showing up in there?

Hustle plugin is not integrated with a membership plugin and can see the Membership profile as an actual page.

If an opt-on will be set for everybody on your site, are there any options in the Buddyboss Theme that can hide an opt-in based on membership level? Usually, membership plugins come with a feature like this.

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
