Fatal Error on Product page

  • Hi there,

    We are experiencing technical problems with the plugin when managing our product in the admin panel, WordPress shows a message saying that there is a fatal error in connection with this plugin and also sends an email to the WordPress admin saying just that.

    It is working just fine on the frontend so it’s not a major issue, but it seems to have an issue in the admin panel product page.

    It would be great if you could look into that.

    could you visit >WooCommerce>Prcing Rules>Settings>System and turn off “Apply pricing rules to backend orders” ?

    Hey,

    I tested disabling the option you mentioned and went back to the product page on the backend, unfortunately, the problem still exists. Also, we need the pricing rules enabled for backend orders, as we are adding a few orders manually.

    Is there anything else we can try?

    I found the problem, there is a conflict between two plugins, elementor and Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce. And this causes an error. What is the solution?
