    This gateway is causing all notices (required fields missing etc) to disappear very shortly after appearing. Any ideas?!

    I’m using OceanWP theme and everything is up to date. I am currently using a one page checkout layout (with cart shortcode placed before checkout shortcode on the page) but reverted this to standard layout to test and the problem still persists. I don’t have any payment options enabled in any other locations (at cart etc)

    Can you please provide a link to your website? There isn’t any code in the plugin that randomly removes notices. The only messages that the plugin removes are when a new notice appears, it will replace an existing message at the top of the page.

    Did you setup all your API keys and is the credit card form rendering?
    If the cc form isn’t rendering then you’ve got an issue with how you configured the API keys.

    Hi, thanks for the quick reply! I’m unable to make the site public at the mo but will try and get permission from the client. Credit card form is rendering fine – i’m otherwise very happy with the gateway and it’s working as intended. The page will display the errors but then a second later they vanish – it’s almost as if the gateway is causing another ajax refresh?

    @mattyblob,

    You can always contact us via our support email (Help button is on all the plugin pages) and share your website url that way.

    The gateway wouldn’t cause another ajax refresh unless you have the fee api enabled. I doubt that’s what’s going on though. Once you share the website privately I will take a look. It sounds like something pretty straightforward and maybe not even related to the plugin.

    Was just reactivating the plugin getting ready to send you the link and managed to rectify the problem – had left debug mode on! Turned it off and now working beautifully.

    Just while I have your attention though – regarding the styles box in CC options, do I need to specify anything (like ‘styles’) when using this box or can i go straight into json ‘input’ to begin my string?

    Thanks again for your quick response, speediest I’ve ever had since building on woocommerce, great service.

    @mattyblob,

    Thanks for the update. Regarding the styles box for custom credit card forms, you can go straight to json input to begin your string. The API requires a json object that gets converted to html style options within Braintree.

    We always appreciate a good review on our reviews page

    Kind Regards,
