Migration not working

Hi! I tried following all the documentation, but for some reason when I try to migrate my followers from my wordpress.com site https://wonderlessreviews.wordpress.com to my new self-hosted site https://lauren-kara.com/blog the migrate button doesn’t do anything? No pop up appears when I click it! I saw the documentation said to contact support so thought I’d give that a go. Thank you ?? !
