Anytime you’re experiencing this issue, it could be due to at least one of the following:
1. Double check if Facebook Share provider is configured in Social Snap ? Settings ??Social Sharing ??Manage Networks.
2. Refresh the share count cache in Social Snap ? Settings ? Social Sharing ? Manage Networks.
You can refresh the share counts on an individual post if you add ?ss_cache_refresh parameter to the post URL.
When refreshing the share counts, please load the post and wait a few moments for the counts to update in the background.
If the count doesn’t update after a few moments, it should certainly display the updated data on the next page load.
3. Clean cache from any caching plugins you have enabled. You could be seeing a cached page with old data, even if the counts get updated and stored on the backend.
