Question – full GDPR integration with recommended cookie plugins?

I see you have tutorials for two cookie bar plugins:

However it’s not very clear from the articles on your blog

if when a user rejects cookies (in one of those two cookie bar plugins, installed on the final website) also this means that google analytics also stops tracking that user? You really have this functionality integrated in your local analytics plugin? Of course, this means that the “When cookie has a value” tickbox is checked in your plugin settings.

Also, another question – let’s say I want to track the user in Analytics from the first second on the website, and only stop tracking him in Analytics IF he rejects the cookies in one of those two compatible cookies bars. Is this behaviur possible right now with your current settings of the plugin? Again, not very clear…
