    Hi,

    I just installed your plugin today and give it a spin.

    It captured the abandoned cart and scheduled the email just fine, but the email that is marked as sent is not being sent out.

    I also tried to send a test email, but I still didn’t get the test email.

    The default email from Woocommerce worked just fine, so I don’t think the problem is on the email delivery itself.

    Look forward for your help.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Have you installed any SMTP plugin to send the emails?

    If not, then you need to install any SMTP plugin and configure it to send emails. e.g WP Mail SMTP.
