Loading times are horrible? PhP 7.4?

For some reason on all my websites in the past week the websites I host are all having much loading time. Before it was around 700ms on https://tools.pingdom.com/.

But now all websites are around 1,5 / 2 or 3 seconds !

All are on different servers. Before they where fast as hell.
