Gravatar Not Displaying Author box

On the page, you’ll see the author made comments. In the comments the author’s gravatar displays. But it doesn’t display for her author box. This isn’t the case site wide, as my gravtar displays for both my author box and my comments.

Any advice as to why this is occurring?
