Howto Design Flash Style Movie Websites

    Hi

    I’m starting to design movie web sites and need to emulate / integrate Flash style elements like background video components, background dissolves (e.g. https://www.revolutionaryroadmovie.com/main.html), audio and animated buttons (e.g. https://www.knockedupmovie.com/home.html).

    I would love to hear whether this is achievable in WordPress with plugins or custom code. Is JQuery a possible solution along with embedding SWF objects? I don’t have experience with either, but I can do the heavy lifting once I know that it’s possible.

    Any thoughts or ideas?
