• Hello:

    I do not understand what I need to do to make the following appear properly. Right now, the ad shows before the footer on the far left side of the page, not where the widget that is supposed to be making the ad appear (right sidebar) is located. Help?

    <div class=”alignleft”>
    <script type=”text/javascript”>
    amzn_assoc_ad_type = “banner”;
    amzn_assoc_marketplace = “amazon”;
    amzn_assoc_region = “US”;
    amzn_assoc_placement = “assoc_banner_placement_default”;
    amzn_assoc_campaigns = “pets”;
    amzn_assoc_banner_type = “category”;
    amzn_assoc_p = “9”;
    amzn_assoc_isresponsive = “false”;
    amzn_assoc_banner_id = “0PT4J208HCWRRD1V7GG2”;
    amzn_assoc_width = “180”;
    amzn_assoc_height = “150”;
    amzn_assoc_tracking_id = “ksco08-20”;
    amzn_assoc_linkid = “ed01aadaf7dc29bffea971af3ca000c2″;
    </script>
    <script src=”//z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&Operation=GetScript&ID=OneJS&WS=1”></script>
    </div>

    Hi David, sorry about not seeing your reply in the other thread. In this example you will want to locate the src of the script, so in this case the source is src=”//z-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?ServiceVersion=20070822&Operation=GetScript&ID=OneJS&WS=1. That means you will want to add a substring of that to the exclude list. My suggestion would be to add z-na.amazon-adsystem.com or amazon-adsystem.com.

    I am glad to hear that it sped up your site!

    Neither of those worked for me. :<

    Since the example JS is two parts, some inline and an external script can you try unchecking the “Defer Inline JavaScripts” setting on the settings page for me?

    1. Unchecking the checkmarks in your plugin is undone by saving — the checkmarks reappear.

    2. I turned your plugin back on and everything is working, including Amazon code that didn’t work previously. I also added my best guess for Chewy creative and it worked!

    Here are the settings:

    https://cdn.getparkave.com/go-sell.js,
    amazon-adsystem.com,
    creative.prf.hn,

    See the result at kscopetradio.com.

    Thanks!

    David
