• I’ve changed my hosting provider and realized that Easy SMTP stopped to work. I’m getting connection error while I’m trying to connect to the external email (email is on another hosting).

    When I disabled SSL/TLS (set to none) and changed port from 465 to 587 – it started to work.

    What should I tell my hosting provider in this case? Looks like I can’t connect using TLS/SSL from my new hosting.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi, did you change your hosting provider while you had the plugin installed? If yes, can you disable and delete the plugin, then install a fresh new copy. Let me know if this works for you.

    I tried to install previous version manually but it didn’t work, so I updated to the newest version and still doesn’t work.

    I’ve changed my hosting provider and realized that Easy SMTP stopped to work.

    The plugin was working before you moved to a different host. So, I think your best option is to speak to your host about this issue. Unfortunately we have no control over server settings.
