• Hello, I have a ML-site with qtranslate-XT, while ENG is among the site content, the newsletter is just sent in ITA, some of the users use the screen reader to read it. That is, the screen reader software reads out in English since the header of the document starts with:

    <html lang="<strong>en</strong>" style="margin:0;padding:0">

    I would be able to substitute the attribute accordingly (in this case: it_IT), perhaps is it possible with a hook in functions.php ?
