The worst support team

Update: They tried in different ways to help me resolving the issue facing me, they also provide me with additional features within the plugin.
I have purchased their premium plugin and when there was an issue with me and asked for help, it takes them 7 days until replying asking me to give them information I already provided in my question. However, I sent it to them.
After another 4 days, I sent to them asking for the reply or to refund me what I have paid for. And there are another 4 days with no reply!!!!
Shame on you. Your the worst support team I have ever seen.
