• Dear Concern,

Coupon “Fixed product discount” is not working properly. As mentioned in your documentation “https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/” this type of coupon should reduce the set amount but in my website it is reducing the amount of the product in percentage rather then amount.

I created a coupon for 15 Euro to be reduced, coupon code is “Kingitus15”, rather then from total product price which is 99 euro, it is reducing 18 euro which is 15% not 15 euro.

    My website is “https://astridloven.se/”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Please provide screenshots of your settings rather than urls to your page. That won’t help us at all.

If you are looking for a Coupon to Discount a Total Amount make sure your settings are as so.

    1. Make sure Coupons are enabled on your site under WooCommerce > Settings > General scroll oh so slightly, check radio button.

    2. Head back to WooCommerce menu and go to Coupons and click Add New

If you’ve done all this and still nothing is showing then do some troubleshooting by temporarily switching to a default theme or Storefront theme and test. If you then have success you know it’s your theme and to reach out to the Author of that theme.

If you have no success with the theme swap. Continue to use the default them and one by one deactivate your plugins until you have success.

    Hello,

In woocommerce, coupon is already enabled: https://nimb.ws/XGCLV7

This is the coupon setting: https://nimb.ws/xLf4BE

When coupon is applied, it is not reducing the amount to fixed 15 euro rather then 15% of the total bill.

I’m having the same issue. Did you ever resolve this? What’s bad is that after the coupon is entered, if you alter the quantity on an order, it changes the value of the coupon! We ended up giving someone an extra $35 on an order because we didn’t notice the issue right away.

I have coupons enabled in my settings. A fixed cost coupon used to just take the value off the total at the bottom of the order, but now it shows it at the bottom and also as a discount on each line item that is distributed based on percentage under each items total, which becomes very very confusing and you can’t see the true price in the line items. However, invoices do generate the line item totals correctly.

But I didn’t see a response or solution to the problem. Please help.
