Nav bar link to “About” page

Hi all. On my theme, I have a nav bar that I want to create links to pages/posts. The nav bar is in the header.php file. I’m having difficulty configuring a link to my “About” page. Following is the code I’m using now,”About“. Can anyone tell me what I”m doing wrong? Thanks in advance.
