They aren’t replying to anyone anymore.
I used Divi’s theme builder to create my own template using their shortcodes for all of the attributes, because their template didn’t show anything at all. Example:

Although they are not answering anyone anymore, I have contacted them and this project is still in the works for them. And it has worked the best for me with their importer.
