• Hi Jay,

    Currently in the FAQ Dashboard, there is a column for the FAQ categories, but not one for tags. And so, in order to view which tags (if any) are assigned to an FAQ, the user either has to edit or perform a quick edit for each FAQ.

    Giving the user the option (or make it default) to make an “tags” column visible would greatly enhance the experience. It would also be much less confusing to see the assigned tags without having to “edit” an FAQ.

    Please take this request into consideration, as I feel it would make the plugin a much better product. Thank you so much for everything you do!

    Hi Kevin,

    We’ll note this down as a feature request. It’s definitely something that would be possible, so hopefully we can add it in, in a future update. In the meantime, you can just go to the Tags tab, and click on the number in the Count column to see the FAQs that are in a certain tag.

    I strongly support Kevin’s request!
