Tooltip text doesn’t change

    Hello, I’m having an issue with the Tootlip words. The Whatsapp bubble chat is visible only in Portugese language. I’ve changed the Tooltip greet originally for “Consultas?” and then the client asked to change it for “Como podemos ajudar?”, I did it but nothing happend. The old greet “Consultas?” remains. I’ve tried with other words (in this case, I’ve put “Oi!” that means “Hi!” in portuguese and its shows ok) and sometimes the change is done and sometimes not, its depending on the words.
    Does anyone figure out why this is happening? We are using Polylang as site translator.

    Hello. Normally this kind of errors have to do with cache, if you use any optimization plugin you should delete cache. Try it and tell us if it worked. A greeting and thank you.??
