Sticky Bottom Breaks Anchor Link Navigation

>Describe the issue and what led to it . Please be as accurate and detailed as possible.
Please DM for a link to the page in question, I cannot post it on a public-facing support ticket.
I am creating a “Stacked Page” scrolling effect by setting each section to Height: Fit to Screen (I’ve also switched to Height: Min Height 100vh just to make sure), and Sticky Bottom. This is an Infinite Scrolling sort of design, so the entire site is basically on the homepage. I’m linking up the nav menu using Section IDs as anchors (I also tried using the anchor widget which resulted in the same problem), but because of the stacking effect from Sticky Bottom, the anchor links don’t work; any anchor link, no matter how far down the page the section actually is, does not work. This format also breaks navigating in the page builder itself using the Navigator (when clicking any Element in the Navigator, the page arbitrarily scrolls up). This seems to be happening because Elementor thinks that it needs to stay at the top of the page, since Sticky Bottom creates that illusion, but it shouldn’t work this way.
So that you don’t have to glean it from the above, for testing purposes, this can be duplicated by doing the following:
Create multiple sections on a page with IDs.
Set the sections to a height of 100vh and Sticky Bottom.
Create anchor links to the different sections’ IDs.
Click the links.Other things to note: Sticky Bottom also breaks Entrance Animations and Scrolling Effects. Since they aren’t critical to the design, I’ve given up on them for now, but hopefully this is also a fixable issue.
I have also followed the prerequisite steps to submitting a ticket, as of the time of this writing, everything that is active in my site is up-to-date.

I believe that Elementor is the problem, since under normal circumstances anchors work on my site, I have created a version of this page with no Sticky Bottom for testing and the anchors work fine.
