Cannot filter by Author

    Hi,
    I have an ecommerce marketplace and I’m using Dokan.
    I have vendors (authors) and they have their products.
    I tried to create feed for their Facebook pages.
    I tried to filter by author but it creates a blank/empty file.
    I tried CSV and XML. Neither of them worked.

    I’m trying with this settings:

    I tried choosing “Contains” and typing username, it didn’t work either.
    What am I missing?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. We are unfamiliar with “Dokan” so we can’t really advise you on it. We do know though that the author attribute is the “normal” WordPress author attribute. So in the case of WooCommerce it shows the person or plugin who actually added the product to WooCommerce as author value. I doubt that you have an author with the name “11”?

    I thought it meant Author ID rather than Author Name.
    After a few shots, it worked!

    P.S. I still couldn’t figure out what exactly it takes into account when it says Author. “Username, First name, Last name, Display name…”

    I believe it is the username.
