Slide-in not showing on mobile

    The slide-in works on desktop but not mobile. Is there a visibility setting somewhere that I need to edit? I cannot find it. I also have a pop-up for email capture. Could this be interfering with the slide-in on mobile?

    I’m afraid I am a bit confused here.

    Can you help me with a screenshot to check which slide in you are currently referring to? I could just see one popup on-site which worked well both on the desktop and mobile devices.

    Hi Prathamesh,

    That’s odd you did not see it. Which poses another concern…

    The slide-in is a Mother’s Day promo that appears on the right-hand side of the browser window on the desktop.

    I hope you’re doing well!

    I apologize for the delay in this thread. I’ve visited your site and I’m afraid the slide-in is not showing up from my end as well. The code is not showing up in teh page source.

    Only a pop-up is visible from my end. Just want to add that there are visibility settings, under Visibility tab, add new condition and choose “Visitor’s Device”

    Please check if this option is added, as it allows only showing an opt-in on Mobile or on Desktop.
