This is a bit urgent now. I’m unable to add anything to the redirections. I need to redirect this for example:

    Source URLs: ^/tag/(.*)
    Destination URL: /etikett/$1

It worked fine with the Redirection plugin, but I had to deactivate that plugin prior to use RankMath.

    Hello @makeupedia

Thank you for contacting the support.

Please use this as the Source URL:
    \tag\(.*)$

You can check this link for reference:

Also, while we are at it, I highly recommend going through the following guides to set up the plugin completely and correctly:

Hope that helps. Please let us know if we can assist you further with this.

Hi @rankmath and thanks for help!
Yes I’ve seen your YouTube video and followed the steps in the setup wizard and the advanced settings where the redirection are. I also enabled Redirections for all users even if it’s just me.

    1. I activated Health Check plugin and only activated Rank Math.
    2. Then I tested with both \tag\(.*)$ and \/tag\/(.*)$ (from your example here https://regex101.com/r/gE9kpk/1)
I used this as destination URL: /etikett/$1
I also tested with “regex” and “exact” and also with and without checking “Ignore Case”-box.
I tested and tested and tested different options.
    3. None of these test worked out.
    4. I switched to a completely different theme and tried again, but I’m still unable to add any redirection at all.

I posted three screenshots here: https://imgur.com/a/7B6ulM9

    Thanks!

    Hello @makeupedia

Sorry for the delayed response. We are more active on the support forums on our website which are also freely available publicly.

With that said, it seems as the source URL supplied was incorrect by us. Can you please try this as the source URL?
    /tag/(.*)$

Also, one should not redirect all the 404 pages to the homepage. That is an incorrect way of handling the 404 pages. Here’s a video explaining why:
    Time: 26:01

Hope that helps. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We are here to assist. Thank you.

No nothing happens even with /tag/(.*)$ as Source URL.

It seems to be something else, whenever I click on “Add Redirection” the page just seems to refresh itself and the plugin doesn’t care at all about the values I’ve inserted.
I also tried in a new browser I haven’t used before.

I didn’t have the 404 on before, I just activated it to test, sorry for that. I’ve tested all kinds of ways just to troubleshoot.

As you can see here I’m not the only one experiencing this issue right now https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/cannot-create-a-redirect/?view=all

    Hello @makeupedia

We have released a Beta update in which we fixed many issues. Please follow these steps to update to the latest version and have the issue fixed:
    https://i.rankmath.com/TP6Xjk
    0. Take a complete backup of your site
    1. Go to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control
    2. Enable the Beta Tester Option from Beta Opt-in Box
    4. Go to the Dashboard > Updates and update Rank Math to the latest beta version

If that doesn’t help, and assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.
