The [alg_wc_wl_counter] shortcode would go on the page you’d like to show the amount of items that are in the Wish List.

You’d like to show it on the menu? We have a option for that if you wish

I guess I am confused. What I am trying to accomplish with your plugin is the ability for customers to build a product/wishlist and email it to there sales rep. I wanted the ability for them to select how many of that product they would like for example once they email their wishlist it would show how many of each item they would like.. The counter I thought was to show how many of a particular item they added to their list? Thanks in a advance

You’d like to add a column on the Wish List table with a quantity input? So when customers click on “add to cart”, it would add the product to cart with that exact amount?

You are close ?? So we probably wont use the site to actually sell stuff, we are more interested in allowing our dealers to build a product list that they can share (email) with their sales rep who would process the order through our system which we eventually will integrate. So when rep received the email it would show product image, SKU, How many they want, price description. Your plugin does most of that, only thing I need is how many of that product we want.

I mean, it could add a product to cart with any particular amount and could also suit you as a way of knowing how many items the user liked.
