Elementor v2.9.8 and WordPress 5.4.1 not working

  • Hello all, I’ve to experience problems with Elementor since the latest updated of WordPress and Elementor. As soon as I try to edit something, objects on the page disappear, or collapse. Any item I right click on to edit becomes “stuck” to the mouse and gets moved around on the page as I tried to access the Elementor interface.

    It has essentially become unusable since the latest WordPress/Elementor update.

    This is my configuration:
    WordPress 5.4.1
    PHP 7.0.33
    Theme: OceanWP v1.8.2
    Elementor v2.9.8
    Plugin: Custom Adobe Fonts (Typekit) Version 1.0.16 (I disabled this plugin, but am still experiencing the same issues)

    Operating System:
    Mac OS 10.15.4 (19E287)

    Browsers tried:
    Safari Version 13.1 (15609.1.20.111.8)
    Chrome Version 81.0.4044.129 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    I have also tried adjusting the Elementor setting:
    Elementor > Settings > Advanced > Switch Editor Loader Method > Enable
