    Hi there,
We are experiencing an error with this plugin. I disabled all other plugins to see if there were any conflicts but alas, there were none.

Hi @ziggymello1972, thanks for reaching out. We’ll be glad to help. The latest plugin version is 2.4. Can you give that a try and let us know if you’re still experiencing issues?

Hi there, thanks for getting back so quickly. Unfortunately, after updating, I am still getting the same error…

@ziggymello1972 we’re going to need you to go back into the plugin – and then save your store settings one more time. This should probably clear up the problem you’re dealing with. Can you please do that – and then let us know if it cleared things up? We might have to troubleshoot further after you come back too so we’ll look out for your response.

Hi, thanks. I actually couldn’t get to the settings. When clicking on the plugin menu item I got the above error. However, I deleted and re-installed the plugin and it is working as expected now. I do have another question. The “Subscribe to our newsletter” is checked by default on the checkout page. How do I uncheck it as default?

@ziggymello1972 great to hear you were able to fix the problem with installation.

As for your question about the subscribe to the newsletter defaults, you can change that inside the plugin admin under Audience Settings. You can select the proper checkbox defaults you’re asking about.
