Ok, the Partially shipped email can be designed from the AST settings, you can translate the strings under the plugins translations in WPML

I actually find those strings and I translate them but it keep showing on EN (main languge) for PT and ES

Check this support thread from a few days ago, it might be that you edited the texts in the AST email customizer in your main language but for our plugin declared the language locale to be English, you will have to change these texts to the EN version and translate to your main language using WPML:
