    Hi all,

    So there’s an error showing up when submitting a form, now to be very clear this doesn’t happen all the time, just every now and again.

    The error is something along the lines of:

    There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    And then when you try submitting the form for a 2nd or 3rd time it will be submitted. Any ideas?

  • I’m having the same problem although submission hasn’t been successful at all since March 8, even with repeated tries. The error message is surrounded by an orange box indicating it is being labeled as spam.

    I’ve had Recaptcha v3 set up for about a year on https://allisonrimm.com/contact-us.

    I looked at the spam information in Flamingo and every time the Spam log says: reCAPTCHA response token is empty”. I noticed it has said this for items in the spam folder even before the form stopped working completely.

    I updated Contact Form 7 from 5.16 to 5.17 on March 27.

    Please help!

    Hi, I have the same problem as @rory16 on https://tplust.pl/ site.
    I’ve tried to renew the site key and secret key in reCAPTCHA v3 panel, but it doesn’t resolve form submission issue. Still have “reCAPTCHA response token is empty” error in Flamingo.
    But CF7 is working without the problem (with the green frame for successful submisson) when I cleared reCAPTCHA keys in integration tab at all. Without reCAPTCHA v3 submission works properly in CF7

    Contact Form 7 v. 5.1.7

    Anyone can help?
